| Ironman is pleased to announce that the Ochsner Ironman 70.3 New Orleans, scheduled to take place on April 5, 2009, has reached capacity. With approximately two months until the event, the Ochsner Ironman 70.3 New Orleans is expected to be the largest Ironman 70.3 in the world. Nearly 3,000 athletes from around the globe will compete for 50 qualifying slots to the Foster Grant Ironman World Championship 70.3 in Clearwater, FL. |

entry fee towards A Shared Initiative, Inc, which is helping provide affordable homeownership in the Greater
New Orleans area. Ochsner Ironman 70.3 New Orleans is committed to the recovery efforts in New Orleans and
is very excited to be working with A Shared Initiative, Inc in this process. |

NEW ORLEANS TO HOST IRONMAN 70.3 IN 2009

| NEW ORLEANS, LA – November 13, 2007 - Ironman is pleased to announce that New Orleans will play host to one of nearly 30 Ironman 70.3 events in 2009. The event takes place on Sunday, April 5th, 2009, where a course of 70.3 miles will take athletes on a scenic tour through the historic city of New Orleans. Registration for Ironman 70.3 New Orleans will open on November 13, 2007, at www.ironmanneworleans.com. A total of 50 qualifying slots to the Ironman World Championship 70.3 in Clearwater, FL will be up for grabs at this event |
